ASD
ASD is perceiving, thinking, feeling, and being in a different way.
You experience the world in your own way. Details may stand out to you immediately, while others don’t even notice them. You often feel things very intensely, or sometimes more from a distance. Where life may flow naturally for some, for you it can feel like navigating unknown terrain, full of stimuli and unexpected turns.
You may find that social situations take energy and are not always self-evident. It can be a search for words, for connection, or for calm when everything feels overwhelming. Structure can give you support, while the world outside often feels chaotic and unpredictable.
Yet ASD also brings valuable strengths. You have an eye for detail and can see connections that others overlook. You are often honest and sincere, true to yourself and to the people who matter to you. You can dive deeply into your interests with passion, and in doing so, your creativity and knowledge can reach far. For those who truly get to know you, you are authentic, warm, and reliable.
What do I do as a coach at CATSCH?
At CATSCH, we work together on your process of self-awareness:
Who are you? What drives you? How do you function?
And most importantly: how can you deal with the challenges on your path in a practical and manageable way?
At CATSCH, you are given the space — with the support of coaching — to discover who you are, to understand where and why you may run into difficulties, to find or rediscover your strengths, and to receive support without judgment.
You are allowed to be who you are, and to go for what you need.
The environment of people with ASD often has questions about how they can best support their loved one. They are equally welcome at CATSCH.
The practice is also open to anyone, even without a diagnosis.
What can you expect in practice?
The coaching is tailored to you, to what works in your daily life.
We work through conversations — live or online — in a safe, non-judgmental space.
