ADHD

ADHD
ADHD is thinking, feeling, and being in a different way.

You can think quickly, but not always act as fast as your mind would like. Sometimes you forget to feel, and other times you feel everything too strongly. Your life doesn’t flow like a gentle stream, but more like a sprint over peaks and valleys.

You notice that your thoughts never really stand still. Making plans can be difficult, and often it’s hard to stick to them. You’re easily distracted by everything happening around you. Procrastination feels familiar, and then you often try to arrange everything in the last five minutes.

There are also many beautiful sides to ADHD. You are often cheerful and good-humored. You think creatively and dare to step outside the beaten path. You have a lot of energy and are enthusiastic about what you do. Switching from one thing to another comes naturally to you. For the things you truly care about, you are deeply engaged. You are spontaneous and always ready with a good sense of humor.

What do I do as a coach at CATSCH?
At CATSCH, we work together on your process of self-awareness:
Who are you? What drives you? How do you function?
And most importantly: how can you deal with the challenges on your path in a practical and manageable way?

At CATSCH, you are given the space — with the support of coaching — to discover who you are, to understand where and why you may face obstacles, to find or rediscover your strengths, and to receive support without judgment.
You are allowed to be who you are, and to go for what you need.

The environment of people with ADHD often has questions about how they can best support their loved one. They are equally welcome at CATSCH.
The practice is also open to anyone, even without a diagnosis.

What can you expect in practice?
The coaching is tailored to you, to what works in your daily life.

We work through conversations — live or online — in a safe, non-judgmental space.
